Let me send your Greeting & Invitations for You

Sharing Holiday cards is a tradition that is treasured more today than ever. Everyone does the goodwill social media greeting. Yet a card with a family photo for relatives and friends to place in a frame, keep on the fridge after sharing with family and friends adds a thoughtful anticipated gesture of the season.

Our family traveled with my husband's work and we loved hanging cards where they were clearly visable during the Holidays. Creating a feeling that loved ones sharing in the Holiday along with us together is something we still cherish every year.

Truth be told,  cards can be such a blessing to others while being a huge task to our already enourmous Holiday To Do LIsts.  Over a decade and a half ago, we started working on our Cards in the Summer, having our family picture completed by August 1st, our card selcted and ordered by August 15th, all labeled and addressed by September 1st, and delivering them to the Post Office by December 1st.

The same applies for Party Invitations.  Our schedule of mailing them 30 days in advance for Birthday/Anniversay/Shower, etc  and 45 days in advance for Christmas./Graduation allows guests plenty of time to mark their calendars while I track your RSVP list.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Writing Letters

  • We begin selecting a family portrait. If you need assistance, I will be scheduling affordable mini-sessions over the Summer if needed to ensure your family has a picture to selct by August 1st.

  • A spreadsheet is sent to you to assiting you in compling your address list. A short questionaire is also sent for completion allowing me design guidelines giving the cards your personal touch.

  •  You send us your completed list and questionaire.

  • We send you links to 3 design options for your family Greeting Cards and Return Address Labels (if you choose this add on option) which you then choose an order.

  • Once the labels and cards are delivered to our office, We then text your confirmation of receipt. After all cards are addressed and labeled by September 1st, you recieve a text notication.

  • The week bepre Thanksgiving, we will invoice you by PayPal with cost of mailing of your cards.. Once the invoice is paid, the cards will taken to the Post Office and mailed on your behalf no later than December 1st.

THE COST

This service starts with a 100 card count at $200 which covers a provided family photo, 3 design options. personalized return address labels, hand printed address and delivery to the Post Office.

Additional services include:

  • Mini Family Summer Photo Session: 20 mins location desgnated with 4 proofs at $150.

  • One time creation of address label         document fee $65

  • Current US Postage fee which is billed through PayPal.
